Levi jean shorts

I have owned these cut off Levi denim jean shorts since 2007 and every summer they continue to be a valuable part of my wardrobe. Fast forward to 2011 and team them up with my Creative growth for Marc Jacobs t-shirt, (purchased in 2009) and my Persol 714 sunglasses, they make the perfect desert outfit for now, or three years from now. The Ace Hotel

Over the years I have stayed at a multitude of hotels and the one thing I can say is that it takes a lot for a hotel to make you stand back and want to express your love for it. The Ace Hotel in Palm Springs is a boutique hotel that makes you want to do just that. The hotel (once a rundown roadside motel) has a hip atmosphere without being pretentious. The rooms are slightly masculine, kind of what you would imagine a 16-year-old boys room to look like if his mother was an interior designer. However, this all works perfectly with the simplistic retro vibe they have going on.

The hotel restaurant known as the King’s Highway, sells American food with a fresh organic touch. If you’re lucky enough to stay at the hotel on the weekend or a Monday night (currently bingo night), you might even get to experience the singing server, Linda Fabulous. If you are looking for a weekend away with a loved one, a group of friends or the entire family, then the Ace Hotel is for you. Overall I have to say its… Well, pretty ace!

Anya Hindmarch school bag

When I decided to go back to school and study acting a couple of years ago, two of my friends kindly bought me this beautiful Anya Hindmarch bag for my school books. Since my school days have finished, I still manage to use this simple but cool bag for grocery shopping and the beach.

My new best friend

If you have an obsession with eyebrows like me, then you need to get yourself one of these eyebrow gels by Mac, it is quite possibly the best eyebrow essential I've come across.

Wall art

My favorite painting to date is this oil on canvas painting, 1955-H by Clyfford Still. The painting not only transfixes but inspires. Because I am rather far from acquiring such a piece of art, I decided to make my own wall art out of magazine images that have inspired me, and this is what I came up with. Definitely not Clyfford Still but most certainly cost effective.

Vintage boots

I love shoes. When I find a pair that I adore, I tend to stay loyal and wear them until they fall to pieces, like my brown vintage boots that I picked up at a flea market in Los Angeles. I'll keep rocking these until the soles fall off.

Prada sandals

Prada sandals that I found in the Harrods sale a couple of years ago for £30.00!
